Orders and Shipping

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Whenever possible, we ship all items together. However, if your order includes multiple products from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages.

If your order was damaged during shipping, please email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and instructions via email. Please do not send items back without authorization.
